What Bisora is

Bisora is a booking platform. We list spa, salon and wellness treatments offered by independent venues and pass your booking to them. Bisora does not take payment — you pay the venue directly, at the venue, and we are not party to that transaction.

The treatment itself is provided by the venue, not by Bisora. The venue is responsible for the service you receive, its quality and safety, for the price it charges, and for holding any licences its work requires. Your contract for the treatment is with them; your contract with us is for the booking service, which is free.

Using Bisora

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You sign in with your mobile number, and you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
• Give accurate details. Venues use your name and number to receive you, and a wrong number means we cannot reach you about your booking.
• Do not use Bisora unlawfully, or to harass venues or their staff.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees and include any taxes the venue has told us apply.
• Bisora is free for customers. We take no booking fee and no commission on your booking.
• You pay the venue directly at your appointment, by whatever means they accept.
• The price shown on your booking is the price the venue has listed, and we expect them to honour it. Tell us if you are asked for more.
• Venues set their own prices and may change them. A change never affects a booking already made.

Confirming your booking

A booking is not final until the venue confirms it. They have 2 hours. If they do not confirm in time, the booking lapses automatically and we tell you. Nothing is charged either way.

Changes and cancellations

• You may cancel at any time, free of charge. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where you can — the venue has held that time for you.
• A venue may move your appointment to another time. You will be told, and if the new time does not suit you, you may cancel.
• A venue cannot change your booking to a different treatment. Only Bisora can do that, and only with your agreement.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive on time. If you do not attend, the booking is recorded as a no-show. Nothing is charged, but repeated no-shows may mean venues decline your bookings. If you are running late, message the venue through your booking — many will accommodate you if they can.

Reviews and messages

You may review a venue after your appointment. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful. Keep conversations on Bisora: it is how we can help if something goes wrong.

Listings

Venues supply their own descriptions, photographs and prices, and we review these before they appear. We take care to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current at all times.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the booking service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the treatment itself, nor for payment, both of which are matters between you and the venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.

Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses venues or staff, or is used fraudulently. Where we do, we will tell the venues holding any bookings you have not yet taken.

Our content

The Bisora name, design and content belong to Bringme (Pvt) Ltd. Venue photographs belong to the venues that supplied them. Please do not copy or reuse either without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Bisora means you accept the current version. Changes never alter the terms of a booking you have already paid for.
