Privacy Policy
Bringme (Pvt) Ltd (Company No. PV128794), trading as Bisora · Last updated 7 September 2026
This policy explains what Bringme (Pvt) Ltd collects when you use Bisora, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
What we collect
- Your mobile number — this is how you sign in. We send a verification code to it by SMS.
- Your name and email address, if you give them. They help venues recognise you and let us email booking confirmations.
- Your bookings — which treatment, which venue, when, and what you paid.
- Messages you exchange with a venue or with Bisora support.
- Basic technical information your browser or phone sends, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the service working and secure.
We never ask for your card details. Bisora does not take payment — you pay the venue directly — so we hold no card numbers, no bank details and no payment records of any kind.
Why we use it
- To take your booking and pass the details to the venue so they can prepare for you.
- To confirm bookings, send reminders, and tell you about changes or cancellations.
- To let you and the venue message each other about an appointment.
- To handle disputes and support requests.
- To detect fraud and misuse, and to keep the service running properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else sees your information
- The venue you book with sees your name, phone number, the treatment and the time — what they need to receive you. They do not see your bookings at other venues.
- Service providers we rely on to run Bisora: hosting and databases (Vercel, Neon), image storage (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend) and SMS delivery (Text.lk). Each handles data only to provide that service to us.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards so venues and customers can resolve any dispute about an appointment. Messages are kept while your account is open. If you ask us to close your account we remove your profile, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
Keeping it safe
Traffic to Bisora is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate — you can edit your name and email yourself in your account.
- Ask us to delete your account.
- Ask questions about anything in this policy.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, and others necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay signed in.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be told to you directly.
